Hussein Jouni – Personal Trainer


As a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer, I provide targeted strength training designed to build muscle, boost endurance, and elevate overall athletic performance. Whether you’re an athlete aiming to increase speed, agility, and power or someone recovering from surgery, strains, or sports-related injuries, I develop customized programs that support your goals. My approach blends performance enhancement with corrective exercises to fix muscular imbalances, improve posture, and prevent future injuries.

To support full-body wellness and faster recovery, I also offer a range of restorative services, including cupping, scraping therapy, TENS unit therapy, and NormaTec recovery boots. Each service is designed to reduce soreness, improve mobility, and help you perform at your best—both in and out of the gym.

Linda Foess – Personal Trainer


As an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, I create structured strength-training programs designed to build muscle, improve endurance, and elevate overall physical performance. Whether your goal is general health, increased energy, or better functional fitness for daily life, I develop personalized plans that support a healthier, more active lifestyle.

I also offer specialized Pilates Reformer training to improve core strength, flexibility, and alignment, helping you achieve better posture and total-body control. For those looking to push their athletic limits, my Olympic weightlifting coaching focuses on proper technique, explosive power, and skill development—perfect for competitive athletes or anyone striving to level up their fitness.
